I have notarized Refinance Documents, Last Will & Testaments, Power of Attorney’s, Affidavits, etc. For more than four years I have been working with multiple companies such as Clear Capital, RELS, Goodman Dean, RRR, Equifax, Fiserv, AVM & more providing Broker Price Opinions & Property Condition Reports in Montgomery & Bucks Counties and surrounding areas.

My motto is to keep things as simple as possible as this is already a difficult business, let’s not make more difficult if possible! My fee’s are also negotiable.
